• The process begins when the customer places an order and makes the initial payment and submit photos of the pets for their custom artwork (e.g., a pet or loved one).
• Once the artists confirms the quality of the photos,  they begin crafting the wool artwork, a process that typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, the artist ensures the work aligns with the customer’s vision.
• We will communicate with the customer throughout the crafting process to gather any additional details. Customers are allowed up to two revisions to ensure the artwork meets their expectations. 
• After the artwork is completed and approved, we prepare for delivery, which usually takes about 2 weeks.
• The entire production process typically spans 6 to 12 weeks from the initial order to delivery, depending on revisions and shipping factors.

Yes you can. All customers get to preview the wool artwork and request any changes before we finalize the wool artwork. We'll email you twice during the production process.

The most important aspect of your order, and crucial to the quality of your final wool artwork is the image you upload. To create an accurate representation of your pet, provide high-quality photos that capture true fur color and unique features. For full-body models, submit pictures from multiple angles, including the face, back, chest, and paws. To ensure you get it just right, please follow these tips and guidelines:

• Lighting: Take a photo or select an existing one that’s taken in daylight or a brightly lit room.
• Camera Quality: Use a smartphone or a high-quality camera.
• Visibility: Ensure your pet’s entire face and neck are visible and not cast in shadows.
• Filtering: Avoid heavily filtered photos to accurately capture your pet's coloring.
• Positioning: Make sure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. While other positions are acceptable, your pet will be depicted in that pose in the final wool artwork.

Please note: collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other cute outfits will not be included in the final illustration.

The wool artworks are designed for display and should not be used as toys; they require protection by being kept behind glass and away from direct sunlight. Cleaning involves gentle grooming with a large needle, avoiding damp cloths or tape for dust removal, and using a light puff of air or a low-setting hairdryer. The production process includes customer order placement, crafting by the artist with opportunities for revisions, finalization of payment, and packaging in protective materials prior to shipping.
